As a landscape construction laborer, you will join one of our landscaping teams doing residential and commercial jobs. You will perform site work like removing existing landscaping, adding new soil, digging holes for plants, planting new trees and shrubs, and many other aspects of the various projects we do. 

As a landscape maintenance crew member, you will join a maintenance crew performing property maintenance for both residential and commercial accounts. You will perform tasks such as pruning bushes, mowing lawns, weeding flower and shrub beds, and other general maintenance as assigned by your crew leader. 

With the variety of commercial and residential accounts that Frederico Landscape Management maintains, the need for fully operational sprinkler systems is crucial. In this job, you will often visit accounts for both preventative maintenance and call-in repairs.
